30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your DivorceReady.online document preparation service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at contact@divorceready.online and we will issue a refund of DivorceReady's document-preparation fee. Court filing fees are separate and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

1. 1. Email contact@divorceready.online with your name and order details.
2. 2. Request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.
3. 3. We will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What Is Refundable

The DivorceReady.online document preparation fee ($89.99 or $119.99) is fully refundable within 30 days.

What Is Not Refundable

Court filing fees paid directly to your local court are not refundable through DivorceReady. Those fees are between you and the court. If your court has rejected your filing and you have already paid the court fee, contact the court directly about their refund policies.

Already Filed Your Documents?

If you have already filed your documents with the court, we may still issue a refund of the document preparation fee, but we cannot guarantee that the court will remove your case from their docket. Please consult a licensed attorney if you need to pause or dismiss a filed case.
