Every package includes a Divorce Petition, Marital Settlement Agreement, Property Division Agreement, Final Decree of Divorce, Spousal Support Agreement if applicable, Name Restoration paperwork if applicable, and step-by-step court filing instructions. The With Children package also includes a Parenting Plan, Child Custody Agreement, Child Support Worksheet, and Visitation Schedule.
