Who We Are

DivorceReady.online is operated by Apex Nova Technologies LLC. In this Privacy Policy, "DivorceReady," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the DivorceReady.online service operated by Apex Nova Technologies LLC.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly.

We collect information you enter when completing your divorce questionnaire, including names, addresses, dates, and financial and family details necessary to prepare your documents. We also collect your email address to deliver your documents and provide support. Payment details (card number, billing address) are entered directly on our payment processor's checkout page and never pass through or are stored on our servers.

If you request a checklist, save your progress, or ask us to remind you later, we collect the email address and optional phone number you voluntarily provide, along with your consent choice and the page or campaign that brought you to DivorceReady.

Information collected automatically.

We automatically collect limited technical and usage data — such as browser type, device type, approximate city/state or region (IP-based when available), pages viewed, and actions taken on the site — for security, fraud prevention, and to understand how the service is used. We do not store exact GPS coordinates or IP addresses in the live activity dashboard. This data is generally aggregated or pseudonymized and does not identify you personally.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate your state-specific divorce documents and filing instructions
  • To email you your completed documents and provide customer support
  • To send saved-progress links, checklists, and follow-up reminders when you ask for them or opt in
  • To process and verify your payment (handled by our payment processor)
  • To operate, secure, and improve the accuracy and reliability of our document preparation service
  • To detect and prevent fraud or abuse of the platform
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your personal information to make decisions about your legal case or to provide legal advice. We are not a law firm.

3. We Never Sell Your Data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or shared with third-party marketers. Period.

4. Cookies & Analytics

We use a combination of essential cookies and analytics technologies:

  • Essential cookies are required for the application to function (such as keeping you signed in and remembering your questionnaire progress). These cannot be disabled if you want to use the service.
  • Google Analytics 4 helps us understand aggregate visitor behavior (page views, session duration, referral source, approximate location). Google may set cookies on your browser and may receive automated information about your device. Google's use of data is governed by its own privacy policy. You can review Google's practices and opt out of Google Analytics for the web at Google Analytics Opt-out.
  • Base44 platform analytics records anonymous in-app events (for example, that a checkout was started) so we can measure and improve the service. These events do not include your case answers.
  • First-party follow-up tracking lets us connect an opt-in checklist or save-progress request to the same anonymous browser session and advertising source. We use this to understand which campaigns lead to completed cases and to follow up only with visitors who voluntarily provide contact information.
  • Session replay & error recording may be used to troubleshoot issues and improve the product. On pages that display sensitive personal information (such as the questionnaire, review, payment, document, and support pages), recording is masked or disabled so that names, addresses, emails, spouse details, case answers, and document contents are not captured in replays.

Where required by law, non-essential analytics and tracking should load only after your consent. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; note that doing so may affect some features of the site. We do not use cross-site advertising cookies to track you across other websites.

5. Google Account and Google Ads Integrations

DivorceReady.online may allow authorized administrators, not customers, to connect a Google account so we can manage DivorceReady's own Google Ads campaigns, view campaign performance, measure conversions, and improve advertising effectiveness. This Google connection is used only for DivorceReady business operations and is not required for customers to prepare divorce documents.

If a DivorceReady administrator authorizes Google access, we may receive Google account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, Google Ads customer IDs, campaign data, conversion data, and related reporting information needed to operate the integration. We do not use Google user data to determine legal eligibility, prepare divorce documents, make legal decisions, or sell personal information.

Google integration access is limited to the permissions approved during the OAuth consent flow. Administrators can revoke Google access from their Google Account permissions at any time. DivorceReady.online's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with trusted providers who help operate our platform. Each provider receives only the information necessary to perform its function and is contractually obligated to keep it confidential. Our current providers include:

  • Payment processing — Base44 Payments (operated by Wix) handles checkout and payment. Your card data is processed by them and is never stored on our servers.
  • Hosting & data storage — the Base44 platform hosts our application and stores your case data in encrypted, access-controlled databases.
  • Email delivery — used to send you your documents and support replies.
  • Analytics and approximate location — Google Analytics (see section 4) and limited IP-based location lookup may be used to understand city/state-level visitor activity. Exact GPS coordinates and IP addresses are not stored in our live activity dashboard.
  • Advertising operations — Google Ads may be used by authorized DivorceReady administrators to manage DivorceReady's own advertising campaigns and reporting (see section 5).

Some providers are located in the United States; by using the service you consent to this transfer of information. We do not share your case answers with these providers beyond what is strictly required to deliver the service.

7. Sensitive Information

Divorce documents involve sensitive personal and financial information. We collect only what is needed to prepare your documents and we minimize what we ask for. Access to your case data is restricted to authorized personnel and is never used for advertising or sold to data brokers. If your case is flagged for manual review (for example, military spouse or unknown spouse location), limited staff may review your case details solely to prepare or release your documents.

8. Data Security

All data is transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers. Your questionnaire data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled databases with regular security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard safeguards.

9. Data Retention

We retain your case information for up to 2 years after your last activity so you can re-access your documents if needed. You may request earlier deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@divorceready.online. We may retain limited information where required by law or to resolve disputes.

10. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of analytics tracking, at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@divorceready.online and we will respond within 5 business days.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to minors, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
